What happens in this process?
The first step in this process is a meeting or string of meetings with your organizations leadership and policy makers. We will discuss your vision for your organization, determine where you are, and what you still need in order to attain these goals.
The next step is to identify the systems/processes your organization already has and how they might be fitted/re-formulated to serve your purpose. Once that is done, a plan and a summary is drafted with recommendations for implementation.
Depending on what your organization needs, provider will conduct interviews with staff/employees as needed as well as cross reference policies with workflows, and identify places in daily productivity that can be optimized for enhanced performance and outcomes.

Once all the interviews are completed the data will be reviewed and analyzed for themes and commonalities. These responses will be held up to the organizations core values, and strategies for improvement can be devised.

Additionally, an in-depth executive summary will be drafted. The executive summary functions as a type of “Treatment Plan” for the organization to follow to improve morale and help the organization function as a cohesive team in accordance with the organization core.
